AFFORDABLE HOUSING INCOME LIMITS

Kent Affordable Housing (and other developments in Litchfield County) uses the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) tables to determine income limits and associated rents. Our units range from 25-80% of the Area Median Income. The rents listed are the maximum - almost all rents in the Kent Affordable Housing developments are below what is listed. CHFA typically releases the new limits every spring.
